Our client is seeking two motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Interns to join their finance team in Nairobi. The successful candidates will support day-to-day accounting operations while gaining practical experience in a professional work environment. Candidates should be available to start immediately.
Job Description
- Assist in processing financial transactions and maintaining accounting records.
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Prepare and organize financial documents and reports.
- Perform data entry and reconcile financial records.
- Assist in bank reconciliations.
- Maintain proper filing of accounting documents.
- Support the finance team with other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- CPA(K) qualification or progression is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems is an added advantage.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be available to start working immediately.
