Job description & requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced facial and aesthetic treatments, including chemical peels, microneedling, hydrafacials, LED therapy, and skin rejuvenation procedures.
- Deliver laser hair removal and laser skin treatments in accordance with clinic protocols and safety standards.
- Conduct comprehensive skin consultations and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Educate patients on treatment expectations, aftercare, and home skincare routines.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and treatment photography.
- Support the creation of educational and promotional content for social media and marketing initiatives.
- Uphold the highest standards of patient care, professionalism, and infection control.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse qualification preferred; however, experienced aestheticians with advanced treatment backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in aesthetics, laser treatments, or advanced facial procedures.
- Previous experience with laser technologies is highly desirable.
- Strong consultation, communication, and client relationship management skills.
- Passion for skincare, aesthetics, and continuous professional development.
- Professional presentation and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.
