Job Description/Requirements
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records for multiple clients.
- Process invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor accounts for discrepancies.
- Process and verify supplier invoices, ensuring timely payments.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Prepare and issue invoices, credit notes, and statements.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Support with audits and liaise with external auditors when required.
- Maintain organized financial records and assist with data entry.
- Handle queries from clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Support the finance team in month-end and year-end closing activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
- CPA, Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in an Audit / Consulting Firm.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Zoho Books, Xero, QuickBooks, or industry-specific software).
- Strong MS Excel skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with VAT, tax filings, and financial regulations.
