Job description & requirements
- Diploma or Degree in IT, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience in a call center or customer service role is an added advantage
- Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.
- Good understanding of computers, networking, and IT support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask Professional, creative, and team-oriented
- Handle customer inquiries professionally through calls, chats, and emails
- Provide technical support and customer assistance
- Create simple graphic designs and promotional materials when required
- Support digital communication and online customer engagement
- Maintain accurate customer records and reports
- Collaborate with the marketing and IT teams to improve customer experience
