JOB SUMMARY
RequirementsBachelor's degree in Animal Science, Food Science, Veterinary Medicine, Agriculture, Agribusiness, or a related field.Additional qualifications in Operations Management or Food Processing will be an added advantage.Minimum three (3) years' experience in poultry processing or meat production.Minimum two(2) years managing a commercial poultry abattoir.Proven experience leading production teams.Strong understanding of poultry processing systems.Experience implementing HACCP and food safety systems.
