Job description & requirements
➢ Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin),
Fluency in Chinese speaking and written expression.
➢ Proficient in English, able to
perform basic interpretation between English and Chinese.
➢ Proficient in using office software.
➢ Have good communication skills,
teamwork and can effectively coordinate the communication between the boss and
team employees.
➢ Good time management and
organizational skills.
➢ Be able to handle multiple tasks and
maintain high efficiency.

Assist in managing Chinese-related documents, emails and
communications to ensure accurate translation and communication of
information. Interact with Chinese people during projects and then
communicate with local workers to arrange tasks.
Assist in organizing and scheduling meetings, conference
calls and events with clients or partners.
Provide
oral and written Chinese translation services to ensure smooth communication.

Assist the boss in daily
communication and problem solving with customers and local employees, and
maintain good customer relationships.
Assist in matters related to order
processing, logistics arrangements and after-sales services. Support other
members of the team in business development, exhibitions and promotional
activities in the marketplace.
Assist the boss in dealing with day-to-day administrative,
civil and other matters assigned.
