Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field.
- Professional certifications/training in OSH required.
- Training in Sales/Marketing/Business Development is an added advantage.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in business development, with at least 2 years in managerial capacity.
- Experience in safety solutions, safety equipment, or engineering safety systems is highly desirable.
Key Competencies
- Knowledge of engineering safety standards and compliance environments.
- Strong technical-commercial understanding.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills.
