Job Summary
We are seeking to a qualified and detail oriented Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing accurate surveying and setting out services for building and civil works, ensuring all works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications and design levels.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Setting out buildings, structural elements, roads, drainage and infrastructure.
- Conduct land, topographical and construction surveys.
- Establishing site controls, benchmarks, property boundaries and reference points.
- Setting horizontal and vertical alignments and reduced levels (RLs).
- Monitoring earthworks quantities and formulation levels.
- Checking excavation, foundation,slab and structural levels.
- Ensure adherence to drawings and specifications.
- Prepare survey plans, maps and technical reports.
- Ensure surveys comply with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Verify site measurements and provide ongoing site support.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects and site team.
- Maintain accurate survey records and documentation of site projects .
- Adhering to health and safety requirements.
- Maintaining and handling survey equipment.
Qualifications and Experiences:
- Diploma or Degree in Surveying, Geomatic Engineering or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in construction and site surveying.
- Proven experience in building and road works setting out.
- Proficiency in surveying tools. i.e AutoCAD, Total Station, Auto Level and GPS equipment
- Excellent ability to interpret and understand construction drawings.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and coordination skills.
- High level of integrity,reliability and attention to detail.
- Ability to present survey information in AutoCAD and CSV formats.
