The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent client experience, managing service delivery standards, handling escalations and leading a high performing customer service team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Business-related field
- Minimum of 4 years experience in customer service management preferably in healthcare, diagnostics, hospitality or service oriented environment.
- Proven leadership and people management experience.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/customer service systems.
- Knowledge of healthcare or laboratory operations will be an added advantage.
