Looking for an IT job in Kenya? Corporate Staffing Services is recruiting an ERP Support Officer (Dynamics 365) position. Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, user support, and Power BI is required.
We are looking for an ERP Support Officer to provide functional support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and other Microsoft business applications. The successful candidate will support end users, assist with reporting and automation, maintain business applications, and provide general IT support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Application Support
- Provide first-line support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Assist users with system issues, functional queries, and data corrections.
- Perform routine system maintenance and user administration.
- Escalate complex issues to senior support teams where necessary.
Reporting & Automation
- Assist in developing and maintaining Power BI reports.
- Support Power Automate workflows.
- Help maintain data accuracy across business systems.
User Support
- Provide user training and basic system documentation.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) during system upgrades.
- Assist with business process improvements.
IT Support
- Provide first-line support for Microsoft 365 applications.
- Assist with user account management in Active Directory/Azure AD.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, and user devices.
- Support basic network connectivity issues.
- Assist with endpoint management and system backups.
Security & Documentation
- Support cybersecurity best practices including MFA and user access management.
- Maintain IT documentation and troubleshooting guides.
- Work within incident and service request processes.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3 years’ experience in IT application support or systems support.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Exposure to Microsoft 365, Power BI, or Power Automate will be an added advantage.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
