Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute creative menus that reflect international and local culinary
- trends while maintaining the hotel’s standards.
- Lead and manage the kitchen team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration,
- and innovation.
- Oversee food preparation, ensuring quality, taste, and presentation meet 5-star
- standards.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and compliance with health and safety
- regulations.
- Manage food cost controls and inventory, optimizing operational efficiency.
- Train, mentor, and develop the kitchen team to ensure consistent growth and
- performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest satisfaction and event success.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven 5 years + experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a 5-star hotel
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification from a recognized institution.
- Exceptional knowledge of diverse cuisines and modern culinary techniques.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- A track record of managing large kitchen operations and delivering
- exceptional results.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment while maintaining
- quality standards.
- Knowledge of food trends and sustainability practices is an advantage.
