Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil) or Building Services.
- 5+ years in facilities maintenance & site works (large institutional/commercial).
- Strong FLS, MEP, and project management know-how.
- Top-tier communication, negotiation, and reporting skills. Location: Nairobi Contract: 6 months (with real impact from day one)
