Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company’s sales strategy.
- Lead and coach the sales team to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Build and manage key customer and distributor relationships.
- Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity.
- Drive sales excellence, accountability, and business growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ sales experience, with at least 2 years in a senior sales leadership role.
- Proven experience leading sales teams in the FMCG industry.
- Strong commercial, analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision.
