Who We’re Looking For
- Open to both Mauritian and international candidates (including Kenya, Uganda, Zimbabwe, and other regions)
- Diploma or Degree in Insurance (or related field)
- Professional qualifications such as CII / ANZIIF are highly preferred
- Strong understanding of AML regulations is an advantage
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in general insurance
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and enhance internal processes across an established portfolio of ~75 clients (corporate & individual)
- Handle day-to-day portfolio operations including renewals, servicing, and client relationship management
- Play a key role in expanding the business into non-health insurance lines, including:
- Financial Lines (PI, D&O, Crime)
- Fire & Allied Perils
- CAR (Contractors All Risks)
- Liability Insurance
- Cyber Insurance
- Travel Insurance
- Marine / Cargo
Contribute to business growth initiatives, including upselling opportunities (estimated 10–20% of role focus)
