About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimize the end-to-end operations of our device financing business.

This role requires a professional who understands the complete mobile phone financing lifecycle—from customer acquisition and onboarding to after-sales support, collections, risk management, and technical system coordination. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving operational efficiency, portfolio performance, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the full operational lifecycle of the device financing business.
• Develop, implement, and improve operational processes and SOPs.
• Lead customer acquisition, onboarding, dealer management, and merchant partnership operations.
• Establish and optimize customer service, retention, and after-sales support processes.
• Work closely with collections and risk teams to improve repayment performance and portfolio quality.
• Monitor operational KPIs and implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Coordinate with technical and product teams to enhance systems, processes, and device financing tools.
• Ensure operational compliance and adherence to company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in device financing, handset financing, consumer lending, fintech, or a related industry.
• Strong understanding of the entire phone financing process, including pre-sales, onboarding, after-sales operations, collections, risk control, and device management.
• Experience managing dealer networks, field teams, merchants, or financing operations.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively across operations, risk, collections, and technical teams.

What We Are Looking For

• We are specifically seeking candidates who have hands-on experience within the mobile phone financing industry and can independently manage and optimize the entire operational process from customer acquisition through loan completion and asset recovery.
