Key Responsibilities
- Perform plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance for residential and commercial clients
- Diagnose plumbing faults and provide effective solutions
- Assist in general maintenance tasks including electrical, carpentry, or masonry where required
- Support the Technical Manager with site surveys and project installations
- Complete job cards after work completion and ensure customer signatures
- Maintain professional interaction with customers during service visits
- Assist in identifying materials and tools required for jobs
- Ensure work meets quality and safety standards
- Report job completion and submit documentation to operations
- Support the company’s goal of delivering reliable and efficient technical services
