Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of credit risk, collections, and portfolio management.
- Experience in product development and performance management.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- Professional qualifications in Product Management, Banking, Finance, or Project Management are an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to grow the Logbook Loan portfolio and achieve business targets.
- Manage the product lifecycle, including product design, pricing, enhancements, and market positioning.
- Monitor portfolio performance, loan disbursements, revenue, profitability, and portfolio quality.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
