Role Description

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure top-tier guest experiences
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for managing and coordinating with staff and patrons
- Proficiency in Operations Management to oversee and optimize daily workflows
- Ability to lead employee Training to ensure consistency in service and skill development
- Previous experience in hospitality management or a similar role is highly desirable
- Organizational and problem-solving skills to quickly address challenges on the floor
- Diploma or degree in hospitality, business management, or relevant field preferred
