Key Responsibilities
- Handle local and international travel inquiries
- Plan and book flights, tours, accommodation, and transfers
- Prepare customized packages, itineraries, and quotations
- Issue tickets in line with IATA regulations
- Convert inquiries into bookings and meet sales targets
- Liaise with airlines, hotels, and tour suppliers
- Provide after-sales support and maintain accurate records

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Tours & Travel Consultant
- Diploma in Travel, Tourism, or related field
- Proficient in Amadeus GDS
- Strong knowledge of IATA ticketing and fare rules
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong sales, negotiation, and organizational skills
- High attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
