Job description & requirements
Key ResponsibilitiesClient communication: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
Order processing: Coordinate feed orders, deliveries, and ensure timely service.
Customer relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers and distributors.
Complaint resolution: Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
Service coordination: Liaise with sales and technical teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Reporting: Prepare weekly updates on client feedback, service issues, and resolutions.
🎓 QualificationsDiploma in Customer Care, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 2 years’ experience in customer service, preferably in the animal feed industry or agribusiness.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
