We are seeking a dynamic and fashion-savvy Customer Sales Assistant to join our retail team in Nairobi. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, excellent customer service skills, and a proven track record in retail sales. You will play a key role in creating an outstanding shopping experience, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of the store.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional, and engaging manner
Offer product recommendations and styling advice based on customer preferences
Drive sales through excellent product knowledge and upselling techniques
Maintain the visual appeal of the store through proper merchandising and stock arrangement
Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and returns with professionalism
Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment
Keep the store clean, organized, and compliant with company standards
Assist in opening and closing duties as scheduled
