Job description & requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally
- Assist customers with inquiries on balances, payments, and account status
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date billing records
- Follow up on outstanding payments and carry out collection activities
- Monitor customer accounts for delays or irregularities
- Investigate and resolve billing and payment discrepancies
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Customer Service, or a related field
