Ø
Minimum qualification of a Diploma in Business
Administration, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or any other business-related
course.
Ø
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and
general computer systems.
Ø
Customer-centric with excellent communication,
negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ø
Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability
to handle difficult conversations professionally.
Ø
Results-driven with the ability to meet
collection targets and deadlines.
Ø
High level of integrity, professionalism, and
attention to detail.
Ø
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ø
Ability to work independently as well as
collaboratively in a team environment.
Ø
Prior experience in debt collection, customer
service, or a call center environment is an added advantage.
Ø
Preferred candidates should reside within or be
able to conveniently commute to the Mombasa Road area.
