The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, running digital campaigns, increasing student enrollment leads, and strengthening the MedPrime brand across all digital platforms.

Job description & requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow MedPrime social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Create engaging content including graphics, videos, reels, captions, and promotional campaigns.
- Plan and schedule daily social media posts.
- Run paid advertising campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Google platforms.
- Respond to online inquiries and convert leads into admissions.
- Monitor social media trends and implement viral marketing strategies.
- Capture and edit photos/videos for marketing purposes.
- Design posters, flyers, and promotional materials.
- Track campaign performance and prepare monthly reports.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels.
- Collaborate with the admissions and academic teams during intakes, graduations, and events.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, ICT, or related field.
- Experience in social media management and digital marketing.
- Skills in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar editing tools.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and content-writing skills.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
- Photography and videography skills are an added advantage.
