Position Title: Electrical Maintenance Technician
Location: Kiambu

Job Purpose
The Electrical Maintenance Technician will be responsible for ensuring efficient operation of electrical systems, machinery, and equipment through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair in a FMCG production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems and equipment
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults in production machinery
- Ensure proper functioning of motors, control panels, and automation systems
- Support installation and commissioning of electrical equipment
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and reports
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and electrical standards
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure minimal operational downtime
Requirements
- Certificate or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 2–3 years’ experience in maintenance within FMCG
• Must have worked in flour milling, bakery, bread production, or related FMCG industry
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems and troubleshooting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and shifts
