EXECUTIVE DRIVER

JOB TITLE: EXECUTIVE DRIVER

NATURE OF JOB: FULL TIME

SALARY: KSHS. 30,000

JOB LOCATION: THIKA ROAD

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide safe, secure, and comfortable transportation for executives to meetings, appointments, and other official or personal engagements.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding passengers’ conversations, schedules, and business matters at all times.
• Ensure punctuality by planning routes in advance, monitoring traffic conditions, and adjusting travel plans as needed.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections (fuel, oil, brakes, tires, lights) to ensure roadworthiness before any trip.
• Keep the vehicle clean at all times, both interior and exterior, maintaining a professional appearance.
• Coordinate regular servicing, repairs, and insurance/inspection renewals, ensuring all vehicle documents are up to date.
• Maintain accurate logs for mileage, fuel consumption, service history, and trip records.
• Adhere strictly to traffic laws, safety standards, and company policies to prevent accidents or violations.
• Assist executives with errands, including parcel delivery, document collection, and other assigned tasks.
• Provide courteous and professional customer service, including assisting passengers with doors, luggage, and comfort needs.
• Remain flexible with working hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, or on short notice as required.
• Handle emergency situations calmly and responsibly, including breakdowns or accidents, and report incidents promptly.
• Ensure personal grooming and conduct meet professional standards at all times.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

• Valid driving license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of 5+ years’ experience as an Executive Driver or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in driving both manual and automatic vehicles.
• Good knowledge of road networks, especially around Thika Road and surrounding areas.
• Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and professionalism.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and in traffic situations..
