- Develop and execute scalable operational strategies aligned with the company’s macro-commercial and regional expansion goals.
- Partner closely with regional teams to identify new market opportunities, refine logistical nodes, and aggressively drive regional revenue and profit targets.
- Formulate annual operational work plans, departmental budgets, and high-performance KPIs.
- Drive maximum fleet utilization, route optimization, fuel efficiency, and proactive maintenance scheduling to safeguard company margins and minimize vehicle downtime.
- Utilize advanced data analytics to generate actionable reports for executive-tier review, highlighting performance gaps and cost-saving opportunities.
