Job description & requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher;
- Proficiency in English as a communication language; knowledge of Chinese is a plus.
- At least 5 years of experience in human resources with at least 3 years of experience as an HRBP or in a related role.
- Demonstrated ability in recruitment.
- Familiarity with the entire process of human resource management
- Rich experience in managing cross-cultural teams.
- Prior work experience with Chinese-owned companies is preferred.
- Proficient in human resources modules, familiar with labor laws and regulations, compensation and benefits system design, and talent management strategies.
- Possesses excellent communication and coordination skills, as well as intercultural communication abilities.
**Key
responsibilities**:
- Comprehensive Talent Management: Responsible for talent planning, recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and career development management.
- Team capacity building: establish a talent development system, set up performance evaluation and incentive mechanisms, and optimize the building of a talent pipeline.
- Maintain employee relationships, address employee concerns, and promote the local implementation of the company’s culture.
- Compliance and Policy Management: Ensure that human resources operations comply with regulations, and develop human resources policies, including systems for compensation and benefits, attendance, and leave.
- Collaborate effectively with local and international stakeholders within a multicultural working environment.
- Administrative tasks for the office.
