Job summary
The Stock Controller will be responsible for managing, monitoring, and controlling all inventory within the lodge to ensure adequate supply levels for smooth daily operations. This role involves receiving, recording, storing, issuing, and tracking stock such as food and beverages, housekeeping supplies, maintenance materials, and guest amenities.
