Job description & requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Host engaging live-stream shopping sessions to showcase products and drive sales
- Deliver product presentations using the company's Hook → Demo → Close sales format
- Demonstrate product features and benefits while answering customer questions in real time
- Engage viewers, build rapport and encourage purchase decisions during live sessions
- Follow approved scripts, brand guidelines and promotional messaging accurately
- Collaborate with the production, control and data teams to ensure seamless live-stream execution
- Monitor audience engagement and sales performance, adapting presentations to maximize conversions
- Work scheduled shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends and public holidays as required
- Meet or exceed sales, engagement, and conversion targets set for each live session
- Provide feedback on customer trends, frequently asked questions, and product performance to support future campaigns
Required Specifications:
- Fluent English communication skills, with a clear and neutral accent (US or European accent preferred)
- Strong verbal communication and presentation skills with confidence in front of a camera
- Ability to follow structured scripts accurately while maintaining a natural and engaging delivery
- Highly disciplined, reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable working flexible shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends when required
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new products, platforms, and processes
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, media, hospitality or a related customer-facing role
- Multilingual proficiency, particularly in French or Arabic, is an added advantage
