Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or Related Engineering Field From A Recognized University.
- Graduates Awaiting Graduation Clearance May Also Apply If Academic Requirements Are Completed.
- Basic Understanding Of Manufacturing Processes, Maintenance Systems, And Engineering Principles.
- Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.
- Willingness To Learn And Adapt In A Fast-Paced Manufacturing Environment.
- Good Communication And Teamwork Skills.
- High Level Of Integrity And Professionalism.
- Ability To Work Under Minimal Supervision.

Experience:

Responsibilities: -
- Participate In Day-To-Day Production And Engineering Operations.
- Support Preventive And Corrective Maintenance Activities For Plant Machinery And Equipment.
- Assist In Troubleshooting Mechanical Faults And Process Inefficiencies.
- Monitor Machine Performance And Recommend Improvements For Efficiency And Reliability.
- Participate In Health, Safety, And Environmental Compliance Initiatives.
- Prepare Technical Reports, Maintenance Records, And Operational Documentation.
- Collaborate With Production, Quality, And Maintenance Teams To Achieve Operational Targets.
- Support Implementation Of Continuous Improvement And Cost Reduction Initiatives.
- Participate In Engineering Projects And Equipment Installations.
