Our client a real estate company is seeking a results driven Digital Marketing professional to take ownership of their digital marketing function. This role is ideal for a candidate with strong hands on experience who can also provide strategic direction and potentially lead the digital marketing arm of the business.

Job description & requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
- Identify target audiences and optimize customer acquisition channels
- Stay up to date with digital trends and emerging tools
Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns
- Manage SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising
- Support property launches and promotional campaigns
Performance & Analytics
- Track and analyze campaign performance using KPIs and analytics tools
- Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and conversion rates
- Prepare regular performance reports for management
Brand & Content Management
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms
- Oversee content development including social media and digital assets
Collaboration & Leadership
- Work closely with sales and commercial teams to drive lead conversion
- Provide guidance on digital marketing best practices
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- 3-7 years of experience in marketing or a similar role
- Proven experience managing marketing campaigns and projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Marketing or MBA
- Experience in Real Estate, Property or a related industry
- Experience in leadership or supervisory capacity is an added advantage.
