Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns aligned with business goals
- Manage digital marketing channels including social media, email marketing, website content and monitoring google ads
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights
- Create engaging content (graphics, blogs, videos, ads) to promote services
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies accordingly
- Build and maintain relationships with partners, media, and influencers
- Organize promotional events, activations, and brand campaigns
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in a marketing role (experience in logistics or service industry is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools)
- Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in graphic design tools is an added advantage
