Job description & requirements
Assemble and dismantle scaffolding according to safety standards and project requirements. Inspect scaffolding components before installation. Ensure scaffolding structures are stable, secure, and safe for use. Install guardrails, toe boards, ladders, and safety barriers. Conduct routine inspections and report defects or hazards. Follow site safety regulations and wear required PPE. Assist in loading, unloading, and transporting scaffolding materials. Work at heights while maintaining strict safety procedures. Coordinate with supervisors and other construction personnel.
