Job summary
Bayan Systems is looking for a skilled Mobile Phone Technician to join our device repair service center in Garowe. You will be responsible for receiving customer devices, diagnosing faults, carrying out repairs, and returning devices in full working condition. Candidates who can also repair PCs and printers will be given strong preference.

Job description & requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Receive customer devices, assess faults, and provide repair estimates
- Diagnose and repair hardware and software faults on Android and iOS devices including screens, batteries, charging ports, cameras, and motherboards
- Perform data recovery, OS reinstallation, and device unlocking and configuration
- Repair PCs and laptops — hardware replacements and OS troubleshooting (preferred)
- Service and maintain printers — inkjet and laser (preferred) • Keep the workspace clean, organized, and professional
- Maintain a log of received and completed repair jobs
- Handle customer interactions in a polite and professional manner
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on mobile phone repair experience
- Ability to diagnose and repair both Android and iOS devices
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Able to work independently and handle multiple repairs at once
- Honest, detail-oriented, and punctual
Preferred Qualifications
The following will be considered an advantage:
★ PC and laptop repair experience
★ Printer repair and maintenance experience
