Job Title: Procurement Officer
Location: Naivasha, Kenya

Salary: KES 70,000 Gross
Key Responsibilities
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for agricultural inputs, equipment, and services
- Manage end-to-end import and export processes (documentation, logistics, compliance)
- Ensure timely delivery, quality, and cost-effectiveness of procured goods
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships while ensuring compliance with company policies
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in an agricultural company
- Proven experience handling imports and exports end-to-end
- Background in procurement or supply chain with strong negotiation skills
- Degree or Diploma in Procurement or a related field
- Ideal Candidate
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Able to work in a fast-paced agricultural environment
