- The role also involves liaising with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless communication and project success.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Construction Project Management, Construction Management, and general Project Management
- Proven experience in coordinating projects and managing cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Budgeting and financial management within construction projects
- Knowledge of relevant safety and regulatory compliance in the construction industry
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, contractors, and team members
- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field is preferred
- Prior experience in land development projects is a plus
