1. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Development Studies, Social Sciences or related field.
2. A minimum of 2 years experience in project management in NGO/Development sector.
3. Strong skills in MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
4. Knowledge of project cycle management, budgeting and stakeholder engagement.
5. Excellent organization, communication and negotiation skills.
