HouseHunt Kenya is looking for energetic, self-driven, and entrepreneurial Property Scouts across Kenya to help identify, verify, and onboard quality rental and sale properties onto our platform. This flexible, field-based role is ideal for individuals who enjoy networking, exploring neighborhoods, meeting people, and earning through performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Source residential properties for rent and sale within your assigned area.
- Conduct physical property inspections to verify location, amenities, security, utilities, and overall condition.
- Capture high-quality photographs and professional video walkthroughs.
- Upload accurate property information onto the HouseHunt Kenya platform.
- Build and maintain relationships with landlords, caretakers, agents, and property developers.
- Assist prospective clients during property viewings when required.
- Identify new developments and off-market property opportunities.
- Ensure all listings are accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Represent HouseHunt Kenya professionally within your local area.
Requirements
- Strong photography and smartphone videography skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
- Good knowledge of your local neighbourhoods and property market.
- Reliable smartphone with a high-quality camera.
- Ability to travel within your assigned area.
- Previous experience in real estate, sales, marketing, or customer service is an added advantage but not mandatory.
