Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively finding potential clients through networking, field visits, or community engagement.
- Energy Audits: Evaluating a property's energy consumption to recommend the correct solar panel, inverter, and battery size.
- Proposal & Pricing Presentation: Structuring quotes and negotiating contracts based on budget and energy needs.
- Customer Retention: Acting as the main point of contact, ensuring a smooth installation process and long-term customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Typically requires a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or Renewable Energy.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of technical or consultative sales experience, ideally in renewable energy or construction.
- Skills: Strong grasp of basic electrical concepts, excellent communication, negotiation capabilities, and comfort with field visits.
