Qualifications and Requirements:
➢ Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Sales,
Marketing, Business Administration, or a
related field.
➢ At least 2 years of experience in sales,
preferably in motorcycles, automobiles,
electric vehicles, or related products.
➢ Strong negotiation, communication, and
interpersonal skills.
➢ Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able
to work independently.
➢ Tech-savvy with the ability to use CRM
systems, smartphones, and Microsoft
Office applications.
➢ A valid motorcycle riding license is an
added advantage.
➢ Passion for clean energy and electric
mobility is highly desirable
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential customers through field sales, referrals, and prospecting.
- Promote and sell electric motorbikes to individual and corporate clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on the features and benefits of electric
motorbikes.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Educate customers on financing options, warranties, servicing schedules, and battery maintenance.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and escalate complex issues where necessary
