We are seeking sales Representatives To drive sales growth by promoting and selling cosmetic products, building strong customer relationships, and expanding the company’s client base in retail and wholesale markets.

Job description & requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 1–3 years’ experience in sales (cosmetics, beauty, or FMCG preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Basic understanding of cosmetic products and beauty industry trends
- Good attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities (retail shops, beauty stores, salons, wholesalers)
- Promote and sell cosmetic products to meet and exceed sales targets
- Conduct market visits and generate leads within assigned territories
- Develop and maintain a strong customer base
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
- Provide product information, demonstrations, and recommendations
- Follow up on customer orders, payments, and feedback
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of cosmetic products, brands, and industry trends
- Educate customers on product usage, benefits, and new arrivals
- Support marketing activities such as promotions, activations, and product launches
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends
- Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and product performance
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports
- Track sales performance against targets
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
