Job description & requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional and courteous service to customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Assist customers in identifying suitable products based on their needs .
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-merchandised sales area in line with company standards.
- Ensure accurate stock levels through proper shelving, rotation, and inventory awareness.
- Support the receiving, checking, and stocking of incoming deliveries.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge including brands, pricing, pack sizes, and promotions.
- Accurately explain product features, specifications, and pricing to customers.
- Process sales orders and transactions accurately using point-of-sale or order management systems.
- Support sales initiatives, promotions, and product launches.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies.
Qualifications .
- Diploma in any business related field .
- Honesty,reliable and responsible .
- At least 1 year work experience
- Able to work under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Must be a team player with the ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work flexible hours,including weekends
- Good communication and customer service skills
