About the Role
We are seeking a highly creative and results-driven Social Media Content Marketing Supervisor to lead our multi-platform social media operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in content strategy, copywriting, short-video production, and social media marketing, with a proven ability to drive engagement, brand visibility, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Account Management
Oversee the planning, positioning, and management of the company's social media accounts across platforms including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
Develop and maintain monthly and quarterly content calendars and marketing plans.
Establish content frameworks that align with business goals and brand identity.
2. Content Development & Management
Graphic & Written Content
Supervise the creation of original copy for promotional campaigns, product posts, advertorials, captions, and marketing articles.
Ensure all content reflects the brand's tone, voice, and style guidelines.
Short-Video Content
Lead creative ideation and script development for engaging short-form video content.
Coordinate content production from concept to filming and editing.
Ensure high-quality video output and create viral, trend-driven content strategies.
3. Marketing Campaign Execution
Plan and execute social media campaigns linked to product launches, promotions, and seasonal events.
Drive brand awareness, audience growth, lead generation, and sales conversions through strategic online marketing initiatives.
4. Performance Analysis & Optimization
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics including reach, engagement, follower growth, views, and conversion rates.
Prepare regular performance reports and recommend data-driven improvements to content and marketing strategies.
5. Team Leadership
Assign and supervise tasks for content creators, copywriters, and video editors where applicable.
Review and approve content before publication.
Enhance team productivity and ensure timely project delivery.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience independently managing multiple social media platforms.
Proven expertise in both content copywriting and short-video content creation.
Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and audience engagement strategies.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
