Social Media Management
- Manage our presence on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter)
- Create and schedule engaging daily content
- Grow followers, engagement, and brand visibility
Lead Generation & Digital Marketing
- Launch and optimize campaigns that generate qualified leads
- Run paid and organic marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with the sales team to support conversions
Property Listings Management
- Upload and maintain listings across digital platforms and property portals
- Ensure all listings are accurate, attractive, and up to date
Content Creation
- Produce reels, short-form videos, property walkthroughs, graphics, and captions
- Coordinate photography and videography for listings and projects
Community Building
- Engage with prospects and followers
- Respond to inquiries professionally
- Build trust and a vibrant online community
Reporting & Analytics
- Track performance metrics and campaign ROI
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports
- Recommend growth strategies based on data
