- Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, HRM, or Social Sciences and any relevant Degree from a recognized Institution.
- At least Eight (8) years relevant experience, three (3) in Supervisory role.
- Proficiency in Computer Applications.
- Leadership and Supervisory Skills.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skils.
- Knowledge of Devolved Governance.
- Integrity and Accountability.
