Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts, layouts, and designs for both print and digital media.
- Design marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, business cards, and promotional merchandise.
- Create engaging graphics for social media, websites, email campaigns, and digital advertisements.
- Ensure all designs adhere to the organization's brand guidelines and visual identity
- Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to develop creative campaigns.
- Edit and retouch photographs, illustrations, and other visual content as required.
- Prepare final artwork for printing and coordinate with external printers and vendors where necessary.
- Design presentations, reports, and corporate communication materials.
- Stay updated on current design trends, software, and industry best practices.
- Maintain an organized archive of design files and digital assets.
- Support event branding and the production of promotional materials.
- Perform any other design-related duties assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Professional certification in graphic design is an added advantage.
- At least 2 years of experience in graphic design or a similar creative role.
Knowledge, Skills and Competences
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat).
- Knowledge of Canva, Figma, or other design tools is an added advantage.
- Understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual composition.
- Basic knowledge of photography, videography, and motion graphics is desirable.
- Strong creativity and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good time management and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
