Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment and interview coordination.
- Maintain and update employee records.
- Support onboarding and orientation of new employees.
- Prepare HR reports and documentation.
- Assist with leave and attendance records.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department.
- Ensure confidentiality of employee information.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Must be a resident of Kisii.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Willingness to learn and work in a team.
- Previous internship or HR experience is an added advantage.
