Certificate/Diploma
in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Food Production, or related
field is an added advantage.
Ø
Previous experience
operating production or manufacturing machines.
Ø
Experience in food
or beverage manufacturing is preferred.
Ø
Basic mechanical
troubleshooting skills.
Ø
Basic knowledge of ERP digital systems (added advantage).
Ø Ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Operate popsicle production machines and related equipment efficiently.
- Set up machines before production runs according to production schedules.
- Monitor machine performance and adjust settings where necessary.
- Ensure correct filling, freezing, molding, and packaging of popsicles.
- Conduct routine machine inspections and report faults or breakdowns immediately.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and minor machine maintenance.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of machines and production areas.
- Ensure products meet quality and food safety standards.
- Record production data, machine performance, and downtime reports.
- Minimize wastage of raw materials and finished products.
- Follow company safety procedures and wear appropriate protective equipment (PPE).
- Assist in loading raw materials and packaging materials when required.
- Work closely with the maintenance and quality control teams.
- Support achievement of daily and monthly production targets.
