Bachelor’s Degree or
Diploma in Food Science, Industrial Engineering, Production Management,
Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
Ø
Proven experience in
a manufacturing or food production environment.
Ø
Previous supervisory
or production management experience is required.
Ø
Strong leadership
and team management skills.
Ø
Good understanding
of production planning and quality control.
Ø Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Ø Plan, organize, and supervise daily production
activities.
Ø Ensure smooth operation of popsicle production
and packaging lines.
Ø Monitor production schedules to meet company
targets and deadlines.
Ø Implement and maintain quality control and
food safety standards.
Ø Supervise machine operators and production
staff.
Ø Analyze sales and offer recommendations.
Ø Minimize production downtime, wastage, and
operational costs.
Ø Coordinate machine maintenance and
troubleshooting activities.
